I am 42 years old and have been battling with weight since i gave birth almost 22 years ago.. i lose it, then i gain it back... I really just want to be healthy.. I have recently gone thru some health issues and now it seems everything I do revolves around what i eat and whats in the food.
My son is getting married in Oct and i want to be "fit" for that.. I know that I will never be " skinny".

I am here just looking for tips and ideas on loosing and keeping it off.
