Hello everybody!
I have been logged for 10 days in a row and I am loving it. I am an active and fit girl with the goal of lossing some body fat and get tone. I feel extra motivated at the moment so if you wish to join let me know. Works be great to shame some tips and recipes! Stay strong!!!

    Hi, i got really nice protein recipes from body building.com. i am addicted to the banana protein pancakes uuummmh really nice! :-)
