The past couple of days I have joined two other fitness/diet sites and to make a long story short, My fitness pal is the winner for me. I just canceled both of the other sites. They offer all kinds of incentives and gifts to stay when I tried to cancel but they are way too time consuming to enter info about myself such as my menus. My Fitness Pal is what I needed, so simple and what a great way to find and enter name brand foods!! I had to pay for the other sites and I am having a problem getting a refund. This site has the convenience, info and it is fun to see my progress everyday. Thank you my fitness pal for this site. I had joined a while back and had so much going on in my life I didn't become a regular on this site. I found you again by reading a book about running this morning and one of the chapters had the weight loss topic and someone mentioned your site. So I came back and I'm glad I did!!!
