I'm not saying my advice is good but I'm going to encourage and support this lady in losing what ever weight she wants to . If she wants to try and lose that much weight in two months let her because if she does it she will feel awesome . She may even stick at it and not gain any thing back. Words of encouragement nor advice given just encourage and support.
Actually your advice is not only bad, but against forum rules. No VLCD's allowed.
OP, just start counting your calories, and work out. If you can lose 1.5 pounds a week for the next 9 weeks, that would be almost 15 pounds, which will be a great start.0 -

So you're going to encourage her to do something that is dangerous to her health? That's not support.
OP; you knew you were getting married in two months, why are you only starting now?
My advice is to just lose what you can, in a healthy manner, and get your dress altered if need be. If you try to lose weight in an unhealthy and dangerous way, you might not even make it down the aisle. Likely you'll pass out before the ceremony even can begin. Or, you'll look sick and unhealthy in your wedding pictures. Do you really want that? Probably not.0 -

Earlier today a Mod said that's not correct - VLCD discussions are allowed, but they need to be "real" VLCD (eg, supervised, not pro-ana, etc).
Not that it matters here, though, because the only way OP can achieve her goals is with two months of a ZCD.

Yes, I can't see an issue of a dr recommended VLCD, but to advocate to another user to eat negative calories, pretty sure that would fall in the latter category.0
