Login fails for MFP app on Galaxy 4

Hello,

I have reinstalled the MFP app on my Galaxy 4 several times. When logging in there is a loop and a 'Please Wait' message. Other times there was a 'Synchronization is in progress...please be patient' message and the app times out. I do have the correct information as I can log in via PC. My Galaxy 4 software is up to date.

What is going on?
