I work at home depot. Yesterday a customer needed help with some big 5 gallon buckets of paint, Without hesitation I was able to lift one out of his cart and replace it with the correct one. I felt so strong! (Have you ever picked one up? That *kitten* ain't light!) Customer's wife was super impressed, and guy seemed slightly emasculated. hehe. Girl Power! *flex*

    I tried to pick up a 5 gallon of water at work here, just to see if i could pick it up, and it was not easy!! good job :)

    @ashesfromfire I used to bleed orange(still do for my Kent store), and that is a pretty freaking awesome NSV!

    I've been carrying 50lb grain bags (horse girl here!) for years, and I've always been proud of it, but in the last year or so of strength training, I've definitely noticed it's gotten easier. Last week I pulled one off the shelf and tossed it in the cart like it was nothing. I hoped the guy nearby noticed and was impressed! ;)
