How early do you workout?

The earliest is probably 9am on a weekend! Usually do 9pm in the evening. I am not a morning person. It's enough of an effort to get me and my kids up, washed, dressed, fed and out of the house. (Plus the washing up etc). I walk the dog in the day but that's more for fresh air.0

Around 8am after the kids go to school, depending on if my gym buddy is ready or not, I usually have to wait an hour for her to get ready lol, so more like 9am most days lol0

Some of you people are crazy! I live in Scotland so over the winter it doesn't even get light till about 9am. I tried exercising at 6am a couple of times, it didn't stick.
Tues-Fri I get a brisk walk to the train station at 7.40am then exercise DVD at 7pm
Saturday- exercise DVD between 9 and 10am
Sunday- exercise DVD late afternoon while my OH baths the kids.0 -

I used to go at 6am before work when I lived in England, it was always dark still lol, it's 6am now in Indiana, it's dark right now lol

Usually about 9am, I do the evening shift in work so if I don't work out first thing in the morning then I know I won't do it.0

I live in Scotland too, can't face early mornings even in summer! I go straight from work so around 5.0 -
No time to exercise in the morning, I start work at 6am, so I'd have to get up before 4 to get a proper workout and shower in. Besides, I'm prone to aura if I exercise too soon after getting up.
I tend to exercise late morning if I've got a half-day shift, and mid afternoon if a full day - I don't like doing it just before bed!0 -
My alarm goes off at 4:30 and I do the elliptical at home, that's during the week; on the weekends I run first thing in the morning, around 7:45.0

I workout around 8am most days, but if I'm on an early at work, it's around 4pm.
I prefer to do it in the morning though, so I can get on with the rest of my day.

A lot of morning people here. By nature I am not a morning person, but to accommodate my sister I have been walking with her at 7:15 a.m. I like it better than I thought. It gets an hour's worth of exercise out of the way, my sister and I get to talk, and it actually provides far more energy throughout the day than I would have thought possible. I am contemplating getting my DVD workout in at 6:30 (right now I have a mix of 20-25 minute workouts) and getting it all out of the way before the rest of the day derails my best laid plans is tempting.0

In the evening when I get home like 6pm, my bed holds me hostage in the a.m., but I am going to try to get programmed for the morning.0

6.30am on Fridays if I'm doing a club ride, other than that it's usually quite late due to everything else that's going on - around 8pm start most of the time.0

I wake up at 4 on M, W & F and get started maybe 10-15 min. after that...on Saturday and Sunday I try to get my workout in right when I get up (730 or so) but usually it gets pushed to the afternoon.0

During the work week I'm up at 4:30 for workouts. On weekends it's usually whenever I can fit it in with what we have planned that day.0

If I managge to get out of bed, 4:30ish in the morning. If not, then usually 9:00pm after I put my daughter to bed.0

M-F I wake up at 4:55am to make it to the YMCA for a 5:15 class (typically kettlebell or spinning). Saturday/Sunday its typicall hiking or water sports depending on the weather dictates when I go, but I enjoy working out in the mornings.0

On most weekdays, I set my alarm for 4:30am, and am at the gym by 4:45am. Every other time, it just depends. I work 60+ hours a week between my two jobs, so I go when I can.0

I'm getting drowsy reading these posts. Goodness. I've woken up at 520 am for 5:45 am spin class about 4 times within the last month. It hasn't really stuck though. : (0

I do it whenever I feel like it. Sometimes when I wake up (about 8-9 am), sometimes as late at 6pm.0

If I go in the morning, I'll arrive at the gym around 6:30am.0
