I need legs workout advice for runners. I run up to 45 miles a week. How often a week should I work out my legs using weight resistance? Also, how often?

What are your goals that you want to meet by lifting? How many days per week do you run (45 miles only gives me total volume)? Are you willing to take days off/lowering total mileage?0
