I'm a Ceo. Florida. Married. Dad. I'm 64 but I feel much younger. Do 50 pull ups daily. Working up to doing 25 in one set. Started with 2 first time I tried.
I lost from 178 to 160. Slowly building muscle. We don't have real good stats on body fat. But last time I'd put on 8 lbs of muscle and lost 3 lbs of fat for net gain of 5 lbs. now I'm going heavy on proteins trying to out on muscle and exercising more. I go to a trainer 1x week and workout 2-3 other times (not counting pull-ups daily)
My pants went from 34 to 32. I have bulked up in chest and wear more form fitting shirts. All my friends are getting old and fat so I get lots of complements.
I still need to lose some belly fat. Any suggestions. I'm interested in comparing notes with like minded people and maybe making some new friends.
