Pregnant?

Anyone else on here pregnant?
I'm almost 15 weeks pregnant.
With my first son I went from 120lbs up to 179lbs and now my son is going to be 4 in July and I've been stuck at 146lbs. I used my fitness pal last year or so and got down to 128lbs and loved it! However I ended up falling off the mfp wagon and got back up into my 140's and have been stuck there since.
I am pregnant and I don't want to gorge and over eat and gain so much weight like I did before. I'm looking to essentially "maintain" my weight so that I'm only really gaining needed pregnancy weight.
No judgement or rude comments please.
I'm by no means trying to lose weight while I'm pregnant, that'd be unhealthy for myself and my baby.
Just wondering if there is anyone else in my same position who is trying to make sure they don't unnessicarily over gain throughout their pregnancy.
Thanks!

Its fine to watch what u eat while pregnant. But I would probably eat at maintenance to be sure im getting adequate nutrition.

Not necessarily. I'm not sure if your BMI is high enough for you to be obese per se, but these two articles might give you some things to consider. A friend of mine who is a practicing OB-GYN shared these. Certainly ask your GYN what the best plan would be for your particular situation.

OBGYN is the best bet for figuring how how many calories you need per day to support the baby. I have never been pregnant, BUT what I've seen on here is usually within the first trimester, you don't need to increase them too much. It's the second and third where you need your calories up high enough to make sure your baby is getting enough nutrients. It seems like you're around that mark, so call up your OBGYN and see if your calories are where they need to be, or if you need a little extra added on now.

    Congrats on your pregnancy!
