Not Losing...?

It's been 3 months now that I have stayed the same weight. I'm still exercising (never have the same routine), still doing excellent with my calorie intake (healthy eating) but my weight has not fluctuated at all. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong anymore. I was able to lose 18 lbs in 3 months and now it's been nothing for 3 months. Lost...please help.

    Hi, are you close to a healthy weight? when you get close it can be very difficult to loose. We will need a lot more info in order to really help. Height, weight, goal weight. what do you do for exercise? I checked your diary... at least the last couple days you havn't been logging. Are you sure what you are eating? Maybe your portions are just slightly bigger than you think ,which if you don't have a lot to loose that might be enough.

    sometimes it helps to change up your diet a little. If you are eating the same thing, at the same time everyday you may need to jump start yourself a little.
