Logging Exercise from Fitness Blender

How would I go about logging Exercise from Fitness Blender I will be starting that as part of my daily workouts. I'm also gonna continue my walking as well and start doing these as well. I have an Everlast tracker that I will also be wearing while I exercise as well. Please let me know how to do this

    I would use a HRM and add manually. If you name them, you can always use them again to track.

    I create exercises in the app based off their workouts, and typically enter the lowest number (give or take a few) of their calorie burn estimate. I trust them a lot, and I think the low end of their range is playing it safe. I typically then eat back all of the calories I log-- it's worked well for me.
