You are 5' 110lbs your TDEE is 1600 I would say start eating at 1100 and you'll lose the weight in about 2 1/2 months.-2

Then you need a therapist (I am NOT beign sarcastic) to help you work on your self-esteem, and to work on skills that will allow you to build confidence and learn how to not get hurt by mean comments. And to get rid of the people in your life that are causing you pain. I do not know if you are being the victim of a school or work bully, if you have an abusive partner or what the issue is, but the solution is not starving yourself.0 -

You don't ever need to change your body because someone is being a douche. If you feel like you want to tighter your body up, get a good lifting routine (probably a full body routine 3-4 times a week) and a small deficit. Overtime, if you get to a lower weight and still not pleased, bulk produce fantastic results, even for women (and no you won't look like the hulk). If you look at the below, I would concentrate on the difference between 120 and 130...

If your friends are so mean and unsupportive, you need to lose them, not lose weight. If you are already a healthy weight, just keep on with the gym as it's good for your physical and mental health.0
