Need motivation

I'm not big on sharing my weight and my weight struggles with people, never have been. However, I'm realizing maybe with people to help motivate me I can do better. I lost 50 pounds last year while I was pregnant and right after having my baby. I was 295 when I got pregnant and currently weigh 253. I was down do 244. I realize how easy it is now for my weight to creep back up on me if I'm not watching what I eat which I haven't for a while. Anyways, I'm super motivated now because I want to be able to do things with my daughter. Any friends along the way to join would be helpful! I'm a stay at home mom and babysit during the day and my biggest struggle is boredom eating and sugar!
