My name is Kenny, I'm 19 and from NJ, USA.
Used to weigh 220 pounds of pure fat, I've worked my way down to 143.
Been lifting for a few months but I'm still learning everyday and have made mistakes with my workout routine and diet that I'm currently correcting.
This app/site/community is beautiful for what I need and love it so far.
Summer is coming so.. I'm not looking to bulk.. Going to cut with what I have.. I don't have a ton of muscle but.. I won't be flabby at least.
