Trying the support group thing.

I'm sam. 5'1 134 pounds which for the first time in my life puts me at the "overweight" mark for my bmi. It was hard for me to accept that. However, I have tried what feels like millions of times to get on track, eat healthy, and become fit. Every time it fails. I have read almost every article on what to eat, how to eat, when to eat, etc. etc. I have also read how support groups are so awesome in helping maintain and achieve weight goals. It's probably the only thing I haven't tried because I'm sort of a private person, but I'm so sick of struggling with my weight so I want to give it a shot. I open to all advice and if I can give any or help anybody I would love to!!!
