inaccurate calculations, always beware

For those of you just starting out, just wanted to let you know that when you log exercise using MFP database, they are highly overestimated. I just gave it a test.
Did a brisk little walk around my station at work, and used a pedometer on my phone (yes, I do know this isn't totally accurate, either, lol.) It was about 60 calories or so. When I logged that using MFP database, it was 100 calories. Yup, 40 calories difference.
