Non-fiber carbs?

A bit of backstory: I'm at goal weight and don't want to really weigh less, but I'm trying to get rid of my love handles. They're all squishy, everything seems to pinch them, and my body just doesn't want to let go. I've been dead lifting, doing some cardio (running on the treadmill), and 30 Day Shred. Most of my calories come from carbs because I really love them (and don't really care for meat, beans, etc), so I'm planning to try watching my carbs. Not going very low carb, but trying to keep it under 150 or so for a few weeks to see if it makes a difference.

Anyway, here's my actual question: Should I be counting all carbs, or non fiber carbs? I didn't even know about this until a few days ago, but apparently subtracting the grams of fiber from the carbohydrate count gives you the net amount, and some people monitoring carbohydrates just go with that number instead of the total carb count from an item.

Thanks in advance!

You would count non-fiber carbs only. Fiber isn't used by your body in a caloric manner. At least, that's what I do.
