How to maximise calorie/fat burn during workouts?

                    I'm currently cutting for summer, and because I looove food, getting some exercise in is one of the main ways that my net calories hit my goal. My question - what's the best way to maximise calorie burn? I hate cardio, much prefer weights, so I've tried to incorporate some HIIT type exercises using calisthenics etc... Any suggestions?

            Ha ha I hate cardio too... I do barbell complexes
