It's a good ratio. 600 cals and has 68g protein for a bowl. I get the chicken/steak double. Mmmmm..
Not doing a bulk at the moment, I got some fat to get rid of here. lol. Cutting. Starting off with a little bit more of a drastic intake under TDEE, but will raise cals once the initial loss slows.
Muscle memory is my friend right now. So is DOMS, ugh.0 -
Chipotle could totally fit macros for every meal. Have to do IF since they don't do breakfast (they really should though, breakfast burritos FTW)0
