    It's a good ratio. 600 cals and has 68g protein for a bowl. I get the chicken/steak double. Mmmmm..

    Not doing a bulk at the moment, I got some fat to get rid of here. lol. Cutting. Starting off with a little bit more of a drastic intake under TDEE, but will raise cals once the initial loss slows.

    Muscle memory is my friend right now. So is DOMS, ugh.

    Chipotle could totally fit macros for every meal. Have to do IF since they don't do breakfast (they really should though, breakfast burritos FTW)

    Whoa that’s an awesome protein-calorie ratio! I’m moving to a city that has a Chipotle in the fall and I am so getting that.

    Also, thanks for clarifying your goals! Cutting with Chipotle works too. Hey, you could market that as a diet plan! "Cutting with Chipotle”! Better than them shake program things. (Just to be clear, I do not think any sort of “diet plans” are a good idea, I’m just being silly)

    But in all seriousness, I sympathize on the DOMS. I missed a workout yesterday because I’m too darn sore :cry:. Good luck and have fun!

    It's a smoked dried chili that kind of looks like a turd and used in sauces and crap all over the place now.. Everyone seems to rave about it. It seems you're either in the "I can't live without it" camp or the "meh" camp. I'm in the "meh" camp.
    I believe the OP is talking about the restaurant Chipotle, not the actual chili pepper
