I've always been thick but all my extra weight goes to my belly and unfortunately by back.... don't laugh. I have no clue how to lose it in these two spots.

Same as everywhere else, calorie deficit.

Consistent moderate calorie deficit. When your body fat gets down to about 25%, you'll see a difference.

Welcome to the unfortunatey very large club of folks that can NOT spot reduce :( Not a damn thing you can do besides more overall weight loss. And, in many cases, weight loss is not what you really need if you are at your target weight. Thats where "recomps" come into play but thats hard to do. Im trying that right now adding muscle while trying to nuke that last bit of belly flab. UGH! prolly take me another 10 years, LOL.

My collarbones were jutting out and my arms looked like toothpicks before my belly started going down. It's incredibly frustrating. The one place I wanted to lose fat the most, was the very last place I lost it from...

Lose more weight; it might be one of the last areas to go.

Ha ha yes, I know the feeling. Thin arms, legs, visible collarbone, etc. Wrist shrinking from 6.25" to 6". Stomach fat still there. To be fair, it is going away some now but it is annoying to look in the mirror and feel like everything looks a-ok except for this one relatively isolated of my body.

What everyone else said. You will loose all over but the ok parts will look great first!

Just keep doing what you're doing and it will come.
