Hi everyone!
I am moving house shortly and was just looking through my cupboards. I found a few things in the depths that I forgot I had
Ground Almonds
Flaked almonds
Walnuts
Cacao powder
Coconut Sugar
Sultanas

Reckon I should throw this stuff in a blender and hope for the best?! Any more exciting ideas??

The almonds and walnuts would probably be good over a salad or chop them finer and coat a chicken breast and bake.

I do think the cookie idea sounds good though, perhaps you have some oatmeal lying around and maybe some raisins or cranberries?

All great ideas! I definately am going to do some sort of chicken crust thing and probably energy balls with some peanut butter.. Im not much good at baking so wouldn't be sure how to make the cookie idea work!

You might toss the nuts if they have been in your cupboard for 6 months or longer. I had some that were not good after a long time period. eatbydate.com/proteins/nuts/how-long-do-nuts-last-shelf-life-expiration-date/
