Is it normal to feel like this?

I've been logging for a bit over a week. Averaging 1400-1600 a day at the moment (apart from Friday when I get a treat dinner and got to 1900 something)
I'm hardly starving myself, obviously. 3 decent meals a day, maybe a snack or two. Most of the time I'm not particularly hungry. I drink heaps of water.
But I'm feeling all shaky, woozy, and my fuse is getting very short. (I'm also... Somewhat backed up, or at least I haven't gone in a few days which is unusual for me.) Is this a normal adjustment period or am I doing something wrong?
I'm 165cm (5'4), 69.5 kg (153lbs), 31 years old, and breastfeeding a 10 month old who is on 3 solid meals a day but still feeds about 8 times in 24 hours. I don't do any exercise apart from running after the kids and walking about 10,000 steps (7km/4 miles) a day while pushing them in the double pram (so, like, 25 kg extra weight!)

Are you adding the 300-500 calories you earn through breastfeeding? You should be logging it and eating those extra calories you earn!

Agreed, if you are breastfeeding you should add at least 300 calories.0

I was kinda aiming for 1200, with 300 extra for breastfeeding. Maybe I should aim higher...0

Calculate your tdee on iifym.com so you can have an idea on cals0

Did you go low carb? Sounds like low blood sugar and a lack of bulking fiber. Eat some popcorn to help you go, and add in some fiber. Breastfeeding slows down your digestion enough on its own.0

I haven't gone low carb, but the majority of my bad eating was carbs, so I have reduced my carbs. Still hitting the carb target mfp sets me though.
Just calculated on iifym and it looks like I should be aiming for at least 1700 taking breastfeeding into account.
