Need more protein!

I'm trying to maintain but get the balance of my diet a bit better. It has become obvious that I need more protein and less fat, so if anyone has any useful tips, I would be grateful :)

    Protein powder, chicken, beef, pork, fish, greek yogurt, eggs, nuts, jerky, quest protein bars, pure protein bars, peanuts, natural peanut butter.
