so I am pretty new to the world of running I found a new app the is taking me to 5k in baby steps it seems great and I feel great to add to all this I am trying to lose weight I am hoping that the weight loss will just be a side effect of running but I think that running is becoming a bit of an obsession it is funny I find myself with extra energy and all I can think of is going for a run to burn it off. Is this normal??? I was told to ensure I get a days rest in between my runs so my body has time to heal and adjust but I am struggling to do this.
