Weighing ground beef question?

When I brown ground beef for things like taco's, I cook it then drain the fat off, I know the general consensus is to weight raw but what do I do about the fat I drained off? this last time I poured off 150grams of fat from 2lbs of beef. do I subtract the calories from the fat? 9x150?

Not all of that liquid was fat.
Personally I'd rather overestimate my calories intake then under so I don't factor in the fat loss.0 -
