Sites that Reward you for Losing Weight

I've been using MyFitnessPal for FOREVER but always fall off the bandwagon so recently I discovered that there's some sites that reward you with money or gift cards to lose weight. Maybe that's the motivation I need to get the weight off and keep it off. I signed up for a few but thought I would share them with everyone via my blog post. If someone has used these websites or apps in the past I would love your feedback as I only signed up for them today. I really want to be successful this time around!!!!
