Weekend help?

I'm having such a struggle on the weekends! I can do well and work hard, and eat well during the week, but my life is busy and I end up screwing up my entire week! I'm looking for people in the same boat, maybe new friends to talk to while I'm trying not to ruin all my work.

    My advice for you would be to track your calorie intake on a weekly basis, rather than daily. That way you can "save" extra calories during the week for the weekend.

    As long as your weekly deficit is on track, you'll lose the weight.
