Is loosing 9kg in 2 months a possibility? I've started off by burning 300 calories every other day through cardio and I am planning to make that everyday soon. In regards, to diet I am counting calories and am consuming 1200-1300 a day but not by changing what I eat but rather reducing it. Any suggestions on what exercises I can do at home and what I should avoid? I drink ice capps like every other day is that really bad?

Why do I keep seeing posts like this?? "Is it possible to lose 17 lbs in 3 days?" ..... "I need to lose to 30 lbs in the next minute and a half".
Why is everyone in such a hurry??0 -

To answer your question... Yes you can lose 9 kg in two months. It works out to a little more than 1kg/week which is actually a healthy weight loss goal. Stick to your calorie controlled diet and exercise and you will achieve your goal. Trick then is to maintain your weight.0
