Gluten Free Pre and Post wokout

Hello everyone. I am looking to see if anyone can help me out. I recently have started a Gluten Free diet. I have hypothyroidism so after a discussion with my endocrinologist, here I am. Its working since I'm down almost 10 pounds and keeping it off. I was looking for suggestions on the best pre and post workout supplements or good food to give the same effect. I really enjoyed BSN N.O. Explode but obviously can't use that anymore. Thanks for the help everyone. Keep up the good fight !!

    What's in no xplode that is glutinous? Or are you not using it because of the caffeine? I don't use PreWO supp, I use my own drive and determination.

    Post WO I just eat food. Carbs and protein. If you want a protein powder, most are gf, or you could just eat food. Starchy vegies, gf grains or grain products (rice, Quinoa, corn based pasta /noodles/crackers/cereal etc), fruit .

    Muscle milk has a gluten free pre/post powder.

    Hummus, cheese, yogurt, cut up veggies, avocado, almonds.

    I use Vega Recovery Accelorator post lifting (anti inflamitory and high in calcium). Otherwise, just food.
