How can I determine my ideal weight?

I have been a member on mfp for almost a year. I have lost 40 pounds thus far and am currently at 223 pounds. I am about 5' 10"+, male, and 61 years old. The charts probably say I should be 165-185 pounds for my height, but I have a very large frame. I feel like I should lose at least another 20-25pounds, but not very much more. I have not been that low in weight in many, many years. Any feedback on this and where I might be able to determine my ideal weight without seeing some sort of professional?
