They both express the same value in different units so it doesn't matter.
Speed = (1/pace) x 600 -
They both express the same value in different units so it doesn't matter.
Speed = (1/pace) x 60
Pace just shows how many minutes you're averaging for 1 mile, and speed shows how many miles you can do in 1 hour. Same thing, different ways to show it.0 -
