Protein shake... protein bar... peanut butter... eggs... when I'm really hungry a single slice of bread with tablespoon of peanut butter and a half glass of whole milk... that's about 220 calories and super filling..0

whole milk is pretty good for protein. i didnt realize that till this weekend. if i have calories to spare, im going with whole milk, skipping the almond milk, which is low in calories but also low in protein.0
