Hi guys I'm as I'm dieting atm Iv taken a big decrease in calories and as I have a physical job I get hungry quick, instead of snacking on sweets and chocolate an anyone suggest an alternative to keep my hunger down ?

What is your weight loss goal set to? It looks like you only have 20 lbs left to go, which means you should be set to lose .5-1 lb/week. Any more than that is too aggressive and will result in hunger, loss of lean muscle mass, etc.
Personal preference has a lot to do with satiety. For me, a banana is a great "tide me over to the next meal" snack. Most bananas are 90-130 calories. My husband likes to keep hard boiled eggs as a great snack: 120 calories.
Granola bars can be great for a sweet tooth. I really like Kashi's chocolate almond and sea salt bar. It's 140 calories and 6 g of protein, which is decent.0 -
