Of my three workout days, one happens at home. It's a scheduling thing - there really isn't any way around it at the moment.

I'm pretty happy with the different upper body exercises that rely on bodyweight, but other than regular squats I haven't really found any good ones for the legs.

Are wall sits viable? Should I be doing squats with a leg resting on a chair? Basically I need a squat variation that uses bodyweight that I can progress; something I can't do for more than ten reps.

Not sure where you are but here is a list of squat progressions.

My question too. Those are pretty difficult and if it's just one day every couple of weeks apart or so, those should be enough.

I cannot! Well, the split squats yes. So I'll start working my way up from there.

Glad to know I'm on the right track.
