Hi. I have been stuck at my current weight for months even though I cycle/walk approximately 300 miles per month. I use another site to keep track of workouts, and now I've heard I just need to record everything I eat. So, I will try this site to see if it will help. I am looking to lose 20 lbs by the end of summer.

Wow, this thing really works, been at it for two months, lost 14 lbs. and I lowered my target goal by another 5 lb.
Does my weight loss tracker show up here when I post? I can't figure out how to use it. (lol, got it figured out).
Great site, will have to recommend it.
