Insanity and calories.

Hi everybody,
My name is Stacy, I'm 20 years old and weigh 100 kg (220 lbs). I'm doing Insanity right now and also go to the gym. I burn about 800/1000 calories a day, and according to MFP I have to eat 1260. I know I have to eat the calories I burn, but do I have to eat the whole 800/1000 calories. Or is about 500 enough. Cuz it's hard for me to eat that much calories in a healthy way.
Thankyou

A lot of people when they go on a diet cut out "unhealthy" foods, but they can go too far in the extreme, and then they have problems consuming enough calories to meet their calorie goals. There are more calorie dense foods that you can add to your diet that are not "unhealthy", but you should be able to include moderate amounts of most anything in your diet if they aren't trigger foods. Some common examples are lean meats, avocados, nuts, nut butters, cooking with oil, etc.
However that said, most methods for calorie burns are estimates and some seem to be more off than others. If you are calculating your burn through MFP, I'd only eat back maybe 60-75% of the calories. If you're using a heart rate monitor, you could probably eat back more as it's likely to be more accurate, but maybe only 80% because there still could be some error. Also, you may get really hungry as you get into the workouts; make sure you fuel your body for the work you're putting it through.0
