Major Binge, and family visiting

I tend to binge every time a big event is coming up. In this case, a funeral is being hosted for a dead family member and everyone is coming over to visit. I binged on what was probably around 4000 calories in preparation for the funeral today, and I was also triggered to binge last Saturday after a difficult therapy session (my therapist was angry I lost 4 lbs in 2 weeks, even though pur sessions are intended to treat binge eating.) I'm just really stressed. My stomach feels gassy and I know I'm in for a week of elaborate family meals, and I just need some support and advice. I feel like a horrid person because I couldn't care less that someone died, I'm only anticipating a severe struggle with food.
