I know this has probably already been brought up but has anyone tried this program? Has it helped? The whole ordeal about this program is basically having a free coach to help you eat healthy but they make you buy supplements first which run about $380 (my friend says) so it sounds a little sketchy to me. Thanks!

Never heard of LTL, sounds sketch.

Calorie deficit is all that's needed for weight loss, and follow proper macros for health!

    Less than truckload?
    Yeah, I've heard of it...

LTL as a diet plan, no clue.

The part I bolded essentially proves that this is a scam.

Sounds like a rip off. If you're giving them $380 for supplements in exchange for free healthy food advice, it isn't free advice. Whatever supplements they are can probably be bought at a store for 1/3 less (or maybe even less than that). Google eating clean. There's tons of really free reading on eating healthy.

    No clue what LTL is.

Supplements are a red flag. $380 is a flashing lights red flag.

I'm not sure getting a Laparoscopic Tubal Ligation will help with weight loss, unless you keep gaining weight due to pregnancy.
