How many grams of fat pet meal?

I'm having a hard time knowing how many grams of fat is hralthy per meal. I track my food and calorie intake with My Fitness Pal but want to make sure what I eat for a snack is not going to jeopardize my progress. And if anyone has any snack ideas or meal ideas that'll be great.
