I saw this on Yahoo this morning and thought i would share.. they look soo good.. going to put some hummus and mozzarella on mine..

    This is how I roll!.......

    I spread Refried black beans over My tostada to start.
    Then I add
    Diced tomato
    Avocado
    Queso Cincho(Mexican crumbling cheese)

    I make a fresh salsa and top my Tostadas with it!! yummmmm
