Getting Fit and Experimenting with Nutrition

Hi,

I'm on My Fitness Pal to see how I'm eating and alter it to experiment with nutrition and my races. I've lately gotten into exercising regularly and the benefits have been fab.

I want to do loads of challenges and am signed up for tough mudder later this year - eek! And a half marathon in June.

I'm applying to do nutrition at Uni so I'm just playing around and seeing what works for my body.

I'm happy at the weight I am but wouldn't mind toning up my midriff. I gained a fair amount in November- January because of a medication but I'm still healthy and if I go back to my natural weight then that's cool- if not and I just turn into iron woman that's cool too. And if I stay around the same but finish my races- that's alright as well.

Would like to meet other people eating for sport and lifestyle too - or anyone else wanting to be a nutritionist/dietitian because it would be nice to have people to talk to about that stuff. (My friends get bored of hearing it after 2 minutes - boo hoo!)
