Few things that help me
- mark exercise days one a calendar as a reminder and tick it when done
- keep it simple to start e.g. short workout and gradually increase duration/intensity
- diet changes slowly ie. don't make.drastic changes like cutting out certain foods because it might make you obsess and think about it all the time. Instead reduce frequency and portion size.
- read success stories on mfp! Very motivating.
