Remember, if using this method, don't log any exercise on MFP or eat back any exercise calories. It should work out to roughly the same total, just arrived at with a different method.
And try it for 4-6 weeks and see how you do. If you're losing at the expected rate, great. If you're losing faster or slower, adjust calories as needed. No matter how good a calculator is, it's only ever estimating based on formulas and population averages. It may or may not be accurate for you.0 -
Ok, thank you. I'm guessing it also relies on me actually going to the gym 3X a week and biking everyday each week without fail I do do that but this will ensure I really don't get to a point where I can't be bothered! I will try this.0
