2 years ago I started my fitness journey, I had 1 goal to be 'SKINNY' that couldn't be any further from the truth anymore I wanna be strong and healthy I ran 5k in under 30 minutes today 5 minutes of this was a warm up I done 15 push ups in a row (massive deal for me as I couldn't do 1) and I love the buzz exercise gives me it's no longer a chore to work out! Here's to the next 2 years!
