5'5", 158 lbs. 1400 calories to lose between .5 and 1 lbs a week. I've done this for a month and have lost about 1.5 lbs per week with this calorie amount. Currently I do not exercise.0

5'8", 154-ish, 37 years old... I'm set at Lightly Active and my base maintenance calories are 2000 but I earn a few hundred extras daily of which I eat most back most days and am still losing - at a snail's pace, but that's OK.0

My husband is 6'8'' and just reached his goal of 220, Dr. said there aren't very good stats for people that tall, but told him to not go much lower than 220. He eats a ridiculous amount of food- to me anyway lol0 -
