What are some fun forms of exercise you guys do? Right now i do yoga, hoopnotica/ regular dancing, and running/walking but i want to switch it up and try something new. I don't do much during the day so i have a lot of time to workout and i usually spend most of the morning doing my workouts so that gives me a couple hours now to fill it with something new. If it's too hot outside i would also love some ideas for workouts to do inside as well. Thanks

Do you know how to swim? If you have a place to go swimming, its a great way to burn those calories and its fun!0

Believe it or not I went bowling for 2 hours the other day and burnt over 500 calories! I didn't even really think I was really working much, but I was happily surprised when I logged it!0

Look up someplace that offers Zumba! It's a major fun dance routine that combines hip hop, latin and belly dancing. It burns between 400-1,000 calories per work out .... more if you do toning Zumba. But be warned: it's awful easy to get HOOKED on Zumba! We're all fanatics around here!!0

Jillian Michaels 30 day shred is a great one. It is a 20 minute cardio circuit workout, great and challenging.... Also, Bollywood is great as well, 30 minute workout, it is a Indian Dance... Love them both.0

If you do netflix they have a great selection of workout videos of all kinds of varity. You could switch it up often!
I've gotten and tried several of the Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds work outs that way. I currently have 30 Day Shred at the top of my que to try next.0 -
I tried aqua aerobics today for the first time at the gym and I loved it! It doesn't feel high impact and tiring and it's a lot of fun! When I was done I felt like my entire body got a workout and also felt really relaxed! I'm going to try to do it once a week now.
I also do zumba twice a week! it's so much fun and a great work out! (been doing it for 7 weeks now and looove it). For my other 2-3 days I mix it up with spinning, yoga, kickboxing or weight training.
I used to have a hard time sticking to working out because I usually got bored of doing the same thing over and over again. Also, I never pushed myself enough when doing cardio by myself (running and eliptical). Since I joined a gym that gave me so many class options things have changed so much! I look forward to my work outs everyday and push myself the entire time since I'm doing it with an instructor and other people around me. Now I don't feel like my cardio workouts are a boring task and I have made them an important part of my life. And now, whenever I run or do the eliptical I actually enjoy it because it's by choice and not because it's the only thing I have access to!
Hope this helps!0
