recumbent bike question...

Hi all...If you use a recumbent bike could you post your results from a workout? I'm trying to get a idea where I'm at. I ride from anywhere between 80 to 99 mins burning 1100 to 1500 calories. Here is a example of my workout from today.....

Time - 99:25
Distance - 41.0 miles
Calories burned - 1507.2

I want to push myself but not to the point that I injure myself.
