Weight loss on quetiapine & mirtazipine

I have a full mental health team around me didn't really want to mention that but hey I have bipolar and proud I wasn't really asking for advice on doctors, psychiatrists, my cpn my social work I just wanted to know people's experiences with these medications and weight loss because I know how difficult it is and how many doctors have said its near impossible to loose weight while taking them. I am changing areas which means different doctors. I don't mean to be rude but please it's about weight loss
