I'm back for a fresh start!

I created a new account because I wanted a completely fresh start on my healthy journey. I am 43 and I am disabled from chronic pain due to fibromyalgia and other issues. I work out mainly to lessen that pain. Any toning and weight loss is a bonus :)

I don't believe in quick results, fad diets, cleanses or that kind of thing for myself.

Would love to have some new friends who are in the 200 lb weight range with or without physical issues for support and inspiration!
